How do I give feedback to a learner as a tutor?
Go to the "Members" page of your series
Find the learner's name
Go to the "Give Feedback" column and click on the blue icon (image below)
Note: If there is not a blue icon, then you are unable to give feedback to that learner for one of a few reasons (listed below).
Why am I unable to give feedback to a learner?
You will be unable to leave feedback for all registered learners who do not join your session.
You cannot provide feedback is if the learner unregisters from your session.
If you are hosting a series and a learner withdraws from it, you will not be able to provide them with any feedback
This includes the rare instance where the learner joins the session but withdraws from your series afterwards
