How do I know which time zone my session is in?
The times shown on your end should automatically be converted to your local time zone as long as your device is set to your local time zone.
If you are unsure if the times of the sessions are shown correctly on your end, please reach out to User Support and send the link to the session/series. We can help figure out what time it should be showing for you.
How can I check the time zone of a session?
You can check the time zone of a session by hovering over the specific session times. This does not apply for individual sessions that are not associated with series.
Example:
If you change your location, please make sure that your computer/mobile time zone is also updated. That way, Schoolhouse will reflect times in your new time zone.
Please note that Schoolhouse does send out emails reminding you to join sessions and provides a time (in the email) that might not be in your time zone. Please go to the website to know what time it will be for your time zone.
