Step 1: Reach Out to Your Tutor
If you believe there’s been a mistake or you'd like to explain your situation, the best first step is to contact your tutor directly. Tutors have the ability to review your request and, if they feel comfortable, allow you to rejoin the series.
Step 2: Tutor Approves? Here’s What Happens Next
If your tutor agrees to let you rejoin, they’ll update your status by following this process and let you know when you’re able to register for the series again. Be sure to thank them and stay committed moving forward!
Step 3: Tutor Denied Your Request?
If your tutor has already decided not to allow you back into the series, we ask that you respect their decision. But don’t worry — there are always more learning opportunities! You can browse the Explore page to find another series that fits your goals and schedule.
