About

Each day we will cover a topic which is introduced in Algebra 2 using Khan Academy, like logarithms, complex numbers, polynomial graphing and division, sequneces and series, and trignometry. These concepts are introduced for the first time in Algebra 2, so join if you want to get a headstart on the year to breeze through once school starts! (or if you want additional review)

Hi! I am Isha, a high school student from California who loves Math and Science! I have been tutoring students for a while now from various grade levels and I am a tutor in Algebra 2, Geometry, Biology, and the SAT subworld after scoring 800 on the Math portion. I am so excited about Schoolhouse and I hope we get connect in a future session! In my free time I love to read, build miniatures, and play the piano. I joined Schoolhouse to get to know more people and help me master content while also helping others!

We will be starting off with the unit circle, then move on to using it to solve trignometric problems (both on and off Khan Academy). Then we will go a step further and start working with trignometric identities (sometimes not covered in school until Pre-Calculus).

We will be learning the 3 differernt methods of polynomial division and spend time learning how to quickly graph polynomials. After, we will be solving some practice problems on Khan Academy.
