Welcome to my competition series!
ļ»æ
First 3 Minutes: Warm up š„
2ļøā£ minutes: We start off with a speed math game called, "Math heads" ā²ļø
1ļøā£ minute: We continue by working on logic puzzles called, "Brain Bashers" š§
ļ»æ
Next 20-10 minutes: Learning the Topic š§āš
We dedicate half the time to learning the topic and the other half selecting specific practice problems.
We usually decide the topic at the time of the lesson since it is up to who shows up.
ļ»æ
Last 20-10 minutes: Practice Problems š
We use past competition tests from competitions like MATHCOUNTS, AMC, AIME, and more!
ļ»æ
If time permits we also have a general Q&A.

Guidelines
What topics is this Subworld for?
ļ»æ
Anything that doesn't fit into the other Subworlds! Foreign languages, community sessions, chess, number theory, music, etc.! The only requirement is that the participants have to be learning something.
ļ»æ
Examples of whatās allowed:
- Spanish vocabulary Kahoot game night
- Crash course on number theory
- AP Psychology 101
Examples of whatās not allowed:
- D&D game night (*belongs in the Tutors Subworld)
- Intro to quantum physics (*belongs in the Physics Subworld)
- Programming in C# (*belongs in the Computer Science Subworld)
- AP Gov Debates (*belongs to the History Subworld)
Do advanced topics belong here?
ļ»æ
If there isnāt a Subworld that they could fall under, then yes! Since there isnāt a Subworld for advanced math (yet!), a session on something like number theory would belong here, but because we have a Physics Subworld, a session on quantum physics would go there.
ļ»æ
Will I get volunteer hours for hosting sessions?
Due to the broad nature of the Subworld, Schoolhouse will not be awarding volunteer hours for the sessions hosted in Enrichment for now. (But this is a highly requested feature, so it might be allowed soon!)
ļ»æ
Just a reminder: read our Content Policy for what is allowed on Schoolhouse in general before scheduling a session!
-------------------------------------------
Here's a quick reminder on the newly created session guidelines after the creation of the new Subworlds:
- If it's academic-based in nature (and focuses on history), that session can go in the History subworld.
- If it focuses on reading/writing that session can go in the Reading/Writing subworld.
- If it's non-academic based in nature (and can focus on anything), that session can go in Enrichment.
-------------------------------------------
ļ»æ
Let's remember to:
- Be friendly and kind to each other! š
- Be positive and empower other learners! āØ
- Have fun! š
- Read our Safety at Schoolhouse Article to learn more!
