About
The class will start with the very basics of Python and cover all essential concepts that every programmer should know.
We'll be using Jupyter notebooks and will learn how that works as well. If we have enough time, we'll go into NumPy and might even delve into Python for Data Science. More sessions will be added as we go through each lesson.
In summary: this course will cover all of the basics for Python and will touch on the more complicated Python concepts. It's designed for beginner and intermediate Python users. If you want to start learning Python, this is a great place to start!
IMPORTANT: All students are responsible for bringing a compatible device for running the Python software that we use. Chromebooks will work, but you must be able to enable developer mode. We will be installing Python via Anaconda. You can check their website for more information: https://www.anaconda.com/products/distribution
Tutor Qualifications
I've been learning Python for over 3 years. I have plenty of experience from taking online and in person classes.
✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
Please come to every single session. The course will be comprehensive and build on the previous lesson. Missing one will cause you to fall behind on the next. Message the tutor in advance for any absences.
