About

This is an introductory course for chess! Each week, we will explore different chess concepts starting from the basic rules of the board game. From then on, we will explore chess terminology, tactics (e.g. forks, pins, discovered attacks), openings, middlegames, and endgames. It would be amazing if everyone could make accounts on chess.com. By the end of the series, I hope that everyone has broadened their knowledge of chess and improved their game! Slideshows used throughout this series will be uploaded in this google drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uvI-ASSS_2tvZhqS6aV-blLmRW8KUTc9?usp=sharing
