Sofia: I got a 5 on AP psych, participated in a neuroscience and neurological disease program, attended lectures on ongoing neuroscience research (Neuropharmacology + epilepsy specialists), and created project to present hypothetical treatment for rare neurological disease

Hello everyone, I am a rising senior. I am from Egypt but I am currently living in Moldova. My passions are neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry. I am planning to become a researcher and I will be focusing on mental illnesses and various mental disorders/disabilities in the future. Hiii 👋 My name is Sofia and I'm a senior in high school. I'm Ukrainian but I've been living in the U.S for the past 3 years. I have a keen interest in how our brains work through which I acquired quite a few cheat codes for making learning easier. I also love experimenting with new cookie recipes, writing poetry, and binging detectives/true crime. I've previously tutored kids on everything from basic multiplication to irregular verbs.
