Session 1

AP Calculus

Product rule and quotient rule for derivatives. We will introduce the rule and do a lot of practice as well as give some techniques to help remember how to use these. Repetition is key!

Session 2

AP Calculus

Chain rule. One of the trickiest rules for derivatives! We will do a lot of practice with this on a variety of problems to make sure we are comfortable.

Session 3

AP Calculus

Power rule for integrals. We have done this for derivatives, but now we will show how to do it for integrals, which is basically the reverse.

Session 4

AP Calculus

We will cover U-substitution. I think this is a lot of fun, and we will do lots of practice as well as learning when this rule is applicable.

Session 5

AP Calculus

We will cover integration by parts. For me, the most difficult technique and we will look at techniques to make this easier to do and remember, as well as learn when this is applicable.

Session 6

AP Calculus

This will be our last session where we will learn some lesser-used but still important techniques for integrals. These will be inverse trig and partial fractions (my personal favorite). Thank you all for participating in my sessions!!!
