About

Hi there! My name is Ben and I'm from North Carolina. Some of my hobbies include cooking, working out, and golf with my friends. I am currently a senior and looking to go to Georgetown University next fall (fingers crossed!). I'm really looking forward to meeting you all!

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You'll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it's a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can't have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

I am a student from Charlotte, North Carolina and I love to work out and animals (especially seals!) . I am hoping that being an SAT tutor will allow me to help other people get into their dream schools, as well as potentially helping me study and potentially improve my own SAT score if I decide to take it again. I am happy to help help with either reading and writing or math sections (my score is split almost evenly down the middle)!

Please do not miss more than one session over the four weeks, as that will negatively affect your learning and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session.

If you reach two unexcused absences, your tutor may remove you from this series.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of two Focus Skills in the Geometry & Trigonometry Domain.
