What we will be covering: Music theory, Music Production and Audio mixing
Music theory: Understanding the tonal system, harmony, melody, rhythm and how to use these concepts in a song
Music production and audio mixing:
DAW basics (using Ableton Live 11)
Composing
Music Production
Audio mixing
Learners will be encouraged and assigned tasks to make their own music as they learn different techniques and concepts.
Requirements (will be explained in the introductory session):
A DAW (digital audio workstation)- preferably Ableton Live 11 (90-day trial)
