About

I'm Shadman, and I'm so excited to introduce to you the shining, glimmering, magnificent June SAT Bootcamp (in Reading & Writing)! A little bit about myself: I'm from NY, I attend the 11th grade, and I scored a 770 on the Reading and Writing portion of the exam on the August 2021 SAT (breakdown: 39 in reading, 38 in writing), though I personally prefer Writing. Another small thing before you read all the formal stuff below: *I'm actually more of a math guy....*. I expect a lot of math people will feel just like how I did, that the reading is indecipherable, but trust me, I know how that feels.... and I'm here to help you grow out of that mindset! This three-week tutoring series will help you prepare for the upcoming June SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT in June. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

About the Tutor

Hey there! I'm a current undergraduate freshman at Stony Brook University, and I love the STEM fields most out of all my subjects in school! With that being said, though I tutor mostly competitive math nowadays, I also tutor high school math and science. I also join many sessions on Schoolhouse, because there are so many things to learn and enjoy in Schoolhouse - though I haven't joined many series recently, I had a lot of fun in Taeho's Korean Camp last summer! Outside of Schoolhouse, I love to play basketball and Pokemon.
