About

Hey, my name is Ava! The Reading & Writing section of the SAT can seem daunting, but there's no need to worry. During this course, I'll teach you the material you'll need to know for the test. In addition to that, because the test is multiple choice, there are some strategies you can learn to use to figure out the answer in case you get stuck. Those strategies helped me when I took the exam, and I'll pass them on so that they can help you, too! I'd also like to add that I speak Spanish, so if that's the language you're most comfortable in, I might be able to help you out. This three-week tutoring series will help you prepare for the upcoming June SAT in both Reading and Writing & Language. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT in June. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.
