About
In mathematics, the logarithm function is the inverse to exponentiation. It serves an important part in precalculus, calculus, and more advanced math, as well as other fields such as computer science.
My name is Julian, and I'm a high school tutor who would like to guide you through the entire Khan Academy unit of Logarithms. In this series, we will cover concepts ranging from how to evaluate logarithms, their properties, how to use them to solve equations, and the very important mathematical constant e.
It is recommended that you have a strong foundation in Algebra I, namely the concepts of Exponents and Radicals, which we will be building upon in this series.
Thank you, and I hope to see you in class :)
