About

**No Prior knowledge required" Cells are one of the biggest parts of biology as a topic. The aim of this session is to go over everything we know about cells and even more. Topics: - Cell Theory - Famous Scientists in the cell theory - Types of cells (eukaryotic, prokaryotic, etc.) - Cell organelles and functions/Cytoskeleton - The Cell membrane and Fluid Mosaic Model - Cell transport (osmosis, diffusion, facilitated diffusion) - Hypertonic, Hypotonic, Isotonic Solutions **If the times don't work for you, please send me a message, I may or may not be able to change the schedule slightly.** **Participation is a MUST. This series will involve a lot of practice questions and interactivity, so I at least ask all of you to participate, whether you want to unmute, talk in the chat, etc.**

Tutor Qualifications

I took IB biology for 2 years, and took honors biology as well. I took AP bio this year and maintained an "A" in the class.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please don't miss more than one or two sessions because the sessions will build on top of each other, so missing one will make learning the subsequent few sessions harder.

About the Tutor

Hey everyone, I'm Pranav, a Senior from Virginia! I've loved math and programming since middle school, so why not tutor it? If you don't find me binge-watching YouTube, then you'll find me out on a volleyball or tennis court (my 2 favorite sports!). I hope I'll get the chance to meet you guys in some of my sessions! If you're curious about the awesome things I've built, take a look at my portfolio: https://pranavkonjeti.com
