About

Are you taking AP Chemistry during the school year? If you are, this course is for you. AP Chem can be a difficult, daunting course so it's nice to have some knowledge going into the class. In this course, we'll go over the material covered in the AP Chemistry course to get everyone ready for the school year. By the end of this, you should have a general understanding of all the content in the AP Chem course. In addition, we will also do practice questions from the AP Exam.
A basic understanding of chemistry, either Honors Chem or Pre-AP Chem or a similar class, is needed to be able to take this course.
We will be finishing one unit every 2 classes or so.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

AP Chemistry is a hard course, missing even just one class can make you fall behind quite a bit. Every unit builds on the previous so missing sessions is not recommended.

If you have to miss a session due to extenuating circumstances, prior notice is required.

About the Tutor

Hey! I'm a rising senior from Texas who's interested in STEM. I like to read books, mostly Sci-Fi and Fantasy, play and listen to music, play table tennis, and play games in my free time. I really enjoy chemistry, biology and other related sciences and I'm hoping I can help others with these subjects too as well as with other areas such as SAT Prep.
