About
This will be a short series on Quadratic Equations within the scope of the Algebra 1 course. Please make sure that you understand how to solve and graph linear equations before joining.
✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
You are welcome to attend whichever sessions you want, but if you do skip sessions, please make sure you have learned the content in some other way so that you don't fall behind. I may be able to make catch-up sessions if you ask for them, but no promises!

Quadratics: Multiplying & factoring
In this session, we will be learning how to use the distributive property to expand products that include monomials and binomials. If you already know how to expand binomials, feel free to skip this session.

Quadratics: Multiplying & factoring
In this session, we will be learning to solve quadratic equations when presented in factored and vertex form. I would strongly suggest you attend this session if you don't already know this, as every subsequent session will build off this one.

Quadratics: Multiplying & factoring
In this session, we will be learning some techniques for factoring a quadratic equation, including factorising with the GCF and factorising in pairs.

Quadratics: Multiplying & factoring
In this session, we will be learning to factor trinomials so that we can solve their equations. We will also learn to factor the difference of 2 squares. Please make sure you are comfortable with everything we have done so far before this session.
