Orientation

Names, interests, prior reading experience, you name it! You can share specific concerns re: your scores/skillsets, and I can adjust the rest of the sessions accordingly. I may also adjust timing of certain sessions/office hours depending on convenience. Maybe we can do some fun vocab/trivia games to test those reading skills!

Other Topics

Optional Homework! I can work with you to find books and literature you might enjoy. Reading challenging material frequently is the best way to improve your score. We can find a common book to read and analyze as a group, which may lead to brief discussions on purpose and authorial intent in specific portions during set periods of a session, or I can help each of you find something you'd like to read on your own. You can also ask for help breaking down things you've previously read!
