About
Hi everyone! My name is Philip M and I am happy to teach you guys about the Contextual Applications of Differentiation.
This series welcomes you to the world of the applications of differentiation. You'll learn how to use your knowledge of derivatives in more "real", or I guess more "useful" problems :))
The series consists of 5 sessions, every day from Monday to Friday -- my time. (See the list of sessions below for details).
Here is the agenda for each of the sessions:
Session #1: Orientation (Basically, hi)
Session #2: Finding Limits using differentiation
Session #3: Finding Stationary Points & Maximum/Minimum Value
Session #4: Related Rates
Sessions #5: Test :))
NOTE: This series is NOT about learning derivatives. We'll not be going to discuss how to differentiate. To be very comfortable with differentiating functions is optional (although recommended), but to be able to differentiate is a prerequisite!
✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
You will be withdrawn from the series if you have more than 2 unexcused absences in a row. Please message the tutor in advance for any absences!. thank you :)
