About

(This series will definitely continue right after summer ends! However, the focus has changed dramatically — read over the description to see if you'd still be interested in attending.)

Welcome to the den of homeschoolers all around the world! Join us as we lurk about in our parents' basements, lament to our stuffed toys about being cooped up in the house, and hiss aggressively at regular school-goers as they pass by. We might occasionally play some games, too...but unfortunately, our 'utter lack of social skills will keep us from making friends'. Oh no, what a shame. :/ Okay okay, I'll stop with the jokes now. :)
In the past, this used to be a games and discussion hangout — now, unfortunately, it shall become a little bit more serious.
Each week, we'll prepare informal presentations about an aspect of our homeschooler-y life to share with the rest of the group — the presentations can be about anything from college research to the difficulties of trying to be social. The presentations don't have to be long or particularly interesting, so don't worry.

And at the end of every month, we'll have a fun game session to celebrate our progress! In this series there will be no school-going kids allowed to join or make presentations. (except for all the school-going kids that will be allowed to join and make presentations.)

About the Tutor

I'm a student from Malaysia who would like to help people learn efficiently. In my free time, I like to play the piano, talk with people, and complain about the inconsistencies in movies. What do you like to do?
