Types of Numbers and Scientific Notation: We'll dive into different types of numbers, such as whole numbers, integers, rational, and irrational numbers. Additionally, we'll learn about scientific notation, which is a way to represent very large or very small numbers.

Evaluating and Writing Expressions, Equations, and Inequalities: We'll practice evaluating and simplifying expressions using the order of operations. We will also go deep into the world of algebra and learn how to solve systems of equations using different methods.

Pythagorean Theorem and Numerical Order: We'll explore the Pythagorean Theorem, and understand its applications in Pre-Algebra. Additionally, we'll work on understanding numerical order and how to compare and order numbers effectively.

Graphs, Tables, Equations, and Functions: We will cover writing equations using graphs, tables, and linear models. Graphing proportional and nonproportional relationships. And Identifying and determining functions.

Ratios, Rates, Proportions, and Unit Rates: We'll master the concepts of ratios, rates, and proportions, applying them to various real-world scenarios. Additionally, we'll learn how to calculate unit rates and write equations using rates.

Catch-Up Session: We will be catching up on the last week. Specifically looking at the Pythagorean Theorem ands scatterplots. Predicting trends and utilizing the theorem to solve different types of problems.

Interest and Transformations: We will cover all things simple and compound interest along with other aspects of personal financial literacy. I will also go deep into the world of transformations: translations, dilations, rotations, and reflections.

Catch-Up Session: We will be covering all things slope, graphs, and writing equations using slope intercept form. If you were there for the session that I covered this topic you do NOT have to attend.

Volume and Surface Area: We will look into lots of different formulas for finding volumes of Geometric Shapes and understand how to find surface area.

On the final day we will do a short 10 question assessment over everything we covered. You WILL NOT be graded but I will go over the answers and how to solve them. I additionally will provide you with all the resources I used for the series along with some extra if you are looking to deepen your understand of pre-algebra or studying for the school year.
