About
Fractions and decimals are two of the most important topics in pre-algebra. This will series would be a great review for students taking Algebra 1 next year or for those who want to get a head start on Pre-algebra. I will use slideshows and notes throughout the course.

This will be the introduction to this series. We will get to know each other, talk about what this series is going to be about, and take a short pre-test.

Fractions
We will go over fractions in this lesson. This will include fractions on the number line, equivalent fractions, comparing fractions, common denominators, and decomposing fractions.

Fractions
This is part two of the fractions unit which will include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions. We will also talk about mixed numbers. I will include word and number problems for you to solve.

This is an optional session to ask questions about prior sessions on fractions.

Fractions
This is the final part of the fractions unit which will include multiplying, and dividing fractions. I will include word and number problems for you to solve.

Decimals
We will begin this session by finishing up our last topic in fractions. In this session, we will talk about decimals and how to round and compare them, turn them into fractions, and how to add and subtract them. I will use a slide show and explain multiple examples. We will also be doing a few practice questions, and I will leave time at the end for questions.

Decimals
This session will cover how to multiply and divide decimals. I will explain multiple methods for each operation and give you some practice problems to solve.

We wrap up this series by going through a summary presentation, and at the end of it, you will take a short quiz.
