About
BREATHING EXERCISES FOR MEDITATION, STRESS MANAGEMENT and RELAXATION. For many centuries, people have practiced specific breathing exercises (pranayama) to help increase circulation, mental focus, and a feeling of being centered and calm. Focused breathing can be a stepping stone to a meditation practice; or it can just be used to set the tone for your day, help you relax before an exam, or calm you before going to sleep. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher (ERYT-200) with ten years of experience teaching yoga and pranayama. Perfect for beginners! No equipment needed, just comfortable clothes and a place to sit!
