About
After 40+ years teaching human physiology and biochemistry I found human nutrition to be an exciting emerging field. The opportunities to infuse this field with new quantitative approaches is especially exciting. We will introduce these new career opportunities and invite comments and suggestions from the learners. Much of the session will be devoted to questions or comments.
Tutor Qualifications
I have 40+ years teaching human physiology/ biochemistry at George Washington University and MIT. My research involves applying engineering concepts to biomedical research.
