AP Biology covers a lot of material and is ranked as one of the hardest AP courses, so getting a head start on the material will definitely help you do well in the class and on the exam. The material covered in this series is based on the AP® Biology Course and Exam Description from College Board: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/ap-biology-course-and-exam-description.pdf This will be a year-long course covering all 8 units of AP Biology, starting in September and ending in May. The AP Biology exam this year will take place on May 16th, at 12:00 PM. Sessions will take place weekly on Fridays at 7:00 PM EST, and there will be practice AP sessions and office hours sprinkled throughout the week (since I've already reached the maximum number of sessions in this series, I will create separate sessions for these and send the links to register in the group chat). I will also provide optional practice questions/homework to help grasp the concepts for each unit in the series group chat. Hi everyone! In this series, we will be learning about five of the major human body systems (nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, and sensory systems). For each system, we will learn about the organs involved, how the system works, pathologies, and other important information. Sessions will mostly take place once a week on Saturdays at 1:00 PM EST, and two sessions are needed to cover all the information for one system (two weeks per system). There will be an office hour session each week, where learners can catch up on the information that they missed, ask questions, or just come to study. Hi everyone! We will learn about genetics, covering topics such as inheritance, punnet squares, pedigrees, and so on. Each class will start with 30 minutes of a lecture on the concepts and end with practicing genetics questions and going over the answers. This session is great for anyone planning to take AP Biology next year, or would just like to learn more about genetics. A large portion of the AP exam is comprised of genetics problems, and attending this session will help prepare you for the exam:)

AP Calculus covers a lot of material and requires a lot of practice to master the skills, so getting a head start on the material will definitely help you do well in the class and on the exam. The material covered in this series is based off of the AP® Calculus AB Course and Exam Description from College Board. AP Calculus AB Course and Exam Description: https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/ap-calculus-ab-and-bc-course-and-exam-description.pdf Classes will be at 6 PM EST every day, and more sessions will be added to the series as we go on. Note that there are optional AP Practice sessions and office hour sessions sprinkled in between at different times. Each session will start with notes (see the blank notes documents provided under each of the session descriptions) and end with practice problems (also linked under each session description). Each session is scheduled to be an hour long, but the time may vary depending on the topic that we cover that day. Notes may take anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes. After notes, students are free to leave the zoom, or they can stay behind to work on the practice problems so they can ask questions as they do the problems. I will be available on the zoom call for about an hour after I finish notes to answer questions on the practice problems. The practice problems are optional but highly recommended.
