In this session, we'll be doing review and practice for the units in AP Physics 1 (following along the Khan Academy course). Each week, we'll focus on one of the units. We'll do a review of the unit on Saturday and do some practice on Sunday. Prerequisites: Algebra Basics, Trigonometry

I'm going to be answering pre-calculus questions from James mainly about complex numbers.

I'm going to be answering math and physics questions from James. I would recommend having a strong background in precalculus (like complex numbers) and calculus if you plan on attending the sessions.

This series can serve two purposes: it can be a review of AP Physics 1 for students taking AP Physics 2 next school year or it can be an introduction to AP Physics 1 for students taking it next school year. If you are in either one of these categories, feel free to join the sessions! I'm going to be covering all 8 units in the AP curriculum in this series and depending on the students, we might go at different paces for each unit. (I've only added five sessions but I add on sessions depending on our pace). I hope this series helps students feel more prepared for whatever physics course they are taking next school year.

In each session, I will give a brief overview of a topic in AP Physics 1 and talk about ways of approaching problems in this topic. Most of the session will be dedicated to practicing and solving problems so I will assume that you have at least a little background in the topic. Also, please feel free to bring your own questions to the sessions. I plan on having this series supplement the actual AP course but if you just want practice physics you are also welcome to come!

In this course, I will be giving a basic introduction to physics. I plan on starting with the Kinematics and covering up till Energy. I believe that in order to learn any subject, one must do problems so in my session, we will be doing lots of problems. I will also try to include as many fun simulations and experiments as possible to make the classes more enjoyable.
