This session was great, Kenji! I loved that you were very personal with every learner -- it makes them feel very welcomed. I also like how you introduced yourself and your experiences at the beginning to help the learners better understand where you are coming from is an area of expertise. One thing I suggest doing is to prepare slides before a session. This can help you be more clear about what content you would like to cover and helps learners feel like there is a structure to the session. Moreover, it is less time-consuming than just typing problems up directly. Slides also enable you to teach concepts like "singular v plural", "comma splice" and many more.
