Hi Aaron! I just audited your equations and inequalities session, and you did a great job! I liked how you asked the learner what she wanted to work on and went from there for this review. You were very kind to the learner and fostered a welcoming environment. Your explanations were very clear and effective. The session helped me to figure out the basic structures of improvisation during only one class. The tutor was also very helpful and recommended useful videos to learn more about this topic!

Hi Aaron! First, I liked how you allowed the learners to solve the square root practice problems on their own after showing the solution method. Your explanations were also concise and informative. Additionally, I really liked how you continued to check on whether the learner understood the concept by asking them whether they needed any help. I also liked how you asked how familiar they were with higher order roots, which helps you control the pace of the lesson so they could learn more efficiently. Fantastic work!
