He created a very comfortable environment. He chatted in a friendly manner and made sure to affirm the learner. He also asked and answered questions in an encouraging way. Overall, I believe that though I did not see many practice problems, the tutor definitely created a supportive environment, even though there was only one learner.

The tutor was prepared. However, there were no specific practice questions for this session, as this session only had a practice test. Despite this, the rest of the session was productive, and he was prepared to ask questions and answer the learner's questions. He seemed very adamant to understand and extract the learner's answers in order to help the learner.
