Hey Aadi, I hope that you’re doing well! I just audited your Precalculus session on Vectors and thought that you did a wonderful job. From the beginning, you were welcoming, and you ensured that your lesson was fit to your learner, which I thought was great. Furthermore, you presented a great presentation on the topic of Vectors and explained it well whilst providing supporting example problems. On that note, I really liked how you annotated your presentation as you went through it. At last, I thought that it was commendable that you always checked in with your learner and referred them to resources such as Khan Academy. Hi Aadi! Good job checking with the learners to see where they were at in the beginning and what would be most helpful for them from the session. Good job working through practice problems during the session, and having the learners try them on their own. You were able to answer learner's questions and clearly explain the topics, demonstrating mastery in the material. Overall, excellent job hosting this session. Hi Aadi! I hope you’re having a good day! I just audited your session, and you did an awesome job at making sure that the learners left feeling confident in what they had learned. I love how at the beginning of the session, you greeted everyone as they came in and you gauged how much they knew about the topic through your questions. I also loved your utilization of the awesome slideshow which looked great while also acting as a visual aid for learning. Especially when you were teaching, I loved how you asked multiple questions to see where learners were and if they understood. Additionally, throughout the session, I love how you had many practice problems for the learners to make sure they fully understand how to do the problem. During the entire session you were always respectful and kind to the learners. You displayed a mastery of the content and shared that knowledge well with learners. Loved how you make your learners comfortable to ask questions, engage with your learners. the only thing that I recommend is next time when they get an answer wrong try to let them figure it out instead of saying here's what i think and then giving them the answer, that's what i would recommend :) Other than that you did really good, stayed respectful, very helpful, and the most important thing of all, kept the platform a safe place. And a little extra side note, you seem like one of those tutors that will make learning fun, I admire that! keep up the good work!
