Hey guys! My name is Sphoorthi and I am a senior in high school. I’ve tutored 2 Bootcamps myself as well as a summer camp! It might be a nerve-wracking experience but this onboarding session will hopefully calm those nerves. I hope that you guys will turn your camera on and actively participate (I know it's scary but trust me it will help so much more for when you are doing your own bootcamp.) Join this Onboarding Session required for Tutors participating in their first SAT Bootcamp! You’ll go over useful tutoring skills and have the chance to meet other Bootcamp tutors (your future SchoolHouse best friends). Bring all your concerns and questions to this session and hopefully we can get those answered:) Feel free to reach out to me even after the session with any questions!

The tutor was using the annotate tool to help learners focus. The tutor was also being friendly and constantly interacting with the learners so that the session doesn't become boring. The tutor also asks learners to explain their answers.
