I can tell you have prepared very well for this session. You are very comfortable explaining the topic. I think it would be nice if there were any images that you should show to the learner other than just your drawings, it would be a nice cherry on top. Also, having a short Kahoot at the end would be a nice way to close the session. Other than that amazing job with it! Also, from what I understand you are from another country and English is your second language. Despite that, you explain the topics very clearly. If you want to explain things a little bit more clearly, don't be afraid to slow down or pause. These tools can allow learners to understand you even better and if you start having issues due to Wi-Fi, it will be still easier to understand you.

Thanks for checking the prior knowledge of the learner before starting the session as this allows you to adapt accordingly to the learner. I love how you ask questions throughout the session to see if the learner knows how to do something but I think it would be nice if you also asked the learner to give a quick summary or ask specific questions about what you just taught to see if they fully understood it or not. Encouraging the learner to explain some key parts of the topic himself can benefit him massively.

Chizitelu did a great job illustrating the material and provided very easy to understand visualizations! He leads during most of the sessions and regularly confirms that Elizabeth is following along. Great job explaining these very confusing concepts! Especially during his discussion about electric field strength, where he discussed with Elizabeth how denser lines would mean a great electric field intensity.

Chizitelu was very polite as a tutor and referred to Elizabeth by name at the beginning of the session. When working through problems, he provides very clear and concise explanations! But after Elizabeth made a mistake doing trigonometry, instead of directly conveying that she is wrong, Chizitelu could ask her to walk him through her thought process! This way, while she is explaining, she might even be able to realize their own mistake, which would very effectively strengthen their memory of this type of problem. Just something to keep in mind the next time a learner makes a mistake on a problem!

You showed a very deep understanding of the material and you were able to provide examples of the invertebrates you covered. Although you could explain everything that you covered I believed there was a lot of information you covered and it could be organized into different sections. Rather than writing everything in a whiteboard, try splitting up the information into sections and elaborate in detail. You could even do a part 2 session on this topic since there was a lot of information that had to be covered.

Good job. You made sure the learners were following along with the lessons by confirming with them. Although, next time maybe ask questions regarding the subject. For example, when you asked for the 3 branches of the metazoan invertebrates. Make sure to ask more engaging questions like these as you cover material throughout the lesson. Additionally, when asking questions, make sure to call out the learners name to ensure their participation.

In the future, I would engage learners more. So, for instance, you read problems out loud, walked through how you would solve them, and THEN asked the learner(s) if they had any questions. Maybe in the future, before you solve it, ask learners if they have any ideas for how to solve problems. Really engage them in the process. Ask what they might start with. Let them take turns telling you the next step. Let them walk you through it. Then, if they have any weaknesses, you'll be able to identify them as well. Learners might THINK they know how to solve a problem, but really, they won't know until they *actually* solve it. Give them that opportunity. Also, I noticed that sometimes you would set up a problem, and then ask learners to finish the calculations (so, for instance, you might set up all the numbers that need to be multiplied and then let the number finish that final step). This is a great first step--however, it's also important to engage them in the beginning of the "solving process." After all, when they take the SAT, they'll need to understand how to approach problems from the very beginning!

It is great that you start off the session by greeting the learner and asking him "How are you?" this shows that you care about them and makes the learning environment more friendly and comfortable. In addition, you refer to the learner by his name which makes the session more personalized and the learner may feel more respected that way. Also, nice joke at the end :)

Before Chizitelu dives into the concepts, he politely checks on Elizabeth's previous knowledge by asking her about electric flux. This worked well! Elizabeth later specified that she just wants a little bit of review, which is very helpful for Chizitelu to know what to talk about to best adapt to Elizabeth's need. This is great and please continue doing this! Throughout the session, Chizitelu checks on Elizabeth once in a while, but sometimes it seems like she is not super engaged, sometimes having to asking Chizitelu to repeat the question. Instead of leading the session almost by himself, Chizitelu could ask Elizabeth more content-specific questions more frequently, and also perhaps ask her to lead some parts of the review. This is because Elizabeth already has some AP Physics C experience beforehand. This would make the session much more engaging and fun! So try it next time, and maybe your learns will have an even deeper memory of the reviewed materials from them leading the review themselves!

You did a good job of making sure the learners understood what you were saying and occasionally checked their progress throughout the session. Maybe next time try asking some practice questions on the topic that you covered, therefore allowing you to confirm that the learner can actually apply the material covered in the lesson. Maybe a quizlet or a slide with practice questions at the end would help the learners practice the information that you have covered.

You also summarized what had been covered for the learners that were coming late. But next time, make sure to call the learner's by their name and ask engaging questions to ensure that the learner participates throughout the lesson.
