Hello Suby! My name is Hemanth and I am glad I got the opportunity to review your session today! You displayed a high level of mastery of the content throughout your session, and you also interacted well with your learners throughout your session. You were also effective in explaining the format of the course and the tips included in the slideshow at the end of the session. Overall, I think you did an exemplary job leading your session, and look forward to hopefully peer-reviewing more of your sessions in the future! If you have any questions about my review or want to ask other questions about effective tutoring strategies, always feel free to DM me :)

I think you showed a high level of respect and empathy throughout your session. When learners talked about their mistakes or what they found hard, you often empathized with them. This motivates and encourages the learners because they understand that everyone makes mistakes and it is important to learn from those mistakes to find personal success.
