You established a great environment from the beginning, greeting the learners as they arrived, engaging in brief conversation, and encouraging learners to introduce themselves. I love the way you engage learners and encourage them, like by saying that you get why they'd get a certain answer according to their thought process. You have a very welcoming presence and seem like a pleasure to be tutored by.

You do a great job actively working with learners, encouraging them to explain their thought process, asking them to read questions out loud, and prompting them during your explanations (i.e. "how do we go from here?" or "can anyone tell me what [this] is?"). You also seamlessly ask everyone if they have any questions afterward. In general, I love your tutoring style, and it looks like it comes very naturally to you.
