You are the first person I have seen to use a wheel to get tutors to volunteer for the microtutoring example. It is a cool way of providing tutors with an alternative option to cold calling, and I appreciate how you double-checked whether tutors were comfortable with participating. Also, you broke down the microtutoring examples and even gave mini-scenarios of what to do when tutoring learners of different skill sets and learning styles! I would say that you prepared tutors well. It was interesting how you provided alternative resources, like the list of transition words, and more specific advice on preparing lesson plans.
