Work through a set of 8 problems (about finding volume of cross sections) and other q+a about calculus 2 (equivalent to AP calc bc)!

We'll be covering one body system per week and all organs+tissues involved, as well as exploring related diseases! This course is perfect if you have an interest in medicine or healthcare or are taking Anatomy. Most of the curriculum will be based off the Campbell Biology and the Robbins Basic Pathology textbooks. ⚕️

In this course, we'll be covering the fundamentals of how to read notes and rhythm, locate notes on the piano, proper hand technique, etc. You will need access to a physical keyboard or piano (88-key not necessary) of some sort for this class! Taking the AP Bio class or exam this upcoming school year? Join us for a summer introduction or refresher of some key biological concepts that underlie the curriculum and also go over some of the most important skills and information needed in this course! We will tackle the AP Bio curriculum unit by unit and go over things to the depth at which they are taught in AP Bio such as: the cell cycle, cellular energetics (photosynthesis+cellular respiration), cell signaling, genetics (chi square, Mendel, Punnet Square) all things DNA (transcription, translation,) evolution and evolutionary relationships (phylogenetic trees, Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium). There will also be fun Kahoots at the end of each session to test your knowledge!
