When they are starting to solve the problems, she is able to fully explain how to solve the problem. Then, when Iman explains her answer, she isn't able to fully explain how to get the answer as she solved it in her head. Khanak was able to put the thought process into words and gave a concise and clear explanation.

She interacts with the community and makes sure everybody feels welcome. For example, she talked with Iman and allowed her to share her experiences so that she could feel more open and comfortable.
