About

Hi everyone! I'm a high school junior from Washington state. I am multilingual and have experience working with English language learners. I can help with a variety of subjects, but specialize in biology, math and history-based APs. I have a lot of knowledge in China's 5000 years of history! In my own time, I like to translate (especially poems from ancient and contemporary China), sing, listen to Chinese and French pop music, and explore the magnificent pacific northwest. I have over 2 million points on Khan Academy and have been using it for almost a decade!

Reading and Writing for the March 2025 SAT

Wednesdays 1:00 AM, Saturdays 5:00 PM

Hi, I'm Emily! I took the SAT in October of 2024, so I have experience with the recent digital SAT. I am excited to help you improve your score and learn testing tips! This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You'll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it's a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can't have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.
