I liked that you started your session with practice problems on exponent rules. This is engaging for the learner while also letting you know where the learner is at and what you should go over during your session.
You adapted to the learners' abilities by jumping directly into powers of fractions. While in this section, you concisely explained that we should multiply the base value by itself instead of by the exponent while also validating the learner's thought process. This is a great strategy to let learners know they're on the right page. While going over questions, I think it could be helpful to ask learners more clarifying questions. For example, while going over order of operations questions, you could ask why the learner did a specific operation first in a question to make sure they understand the correct order in which they should be doing a problem. At the end of the session, you did a Khan Academy unit test that included all the topics you went over and also had your own review questions. These materials are great in reminding learners what topics you went over and letting you go over them again so they stick!
