Thanks again for an amazing session

Active learning is a crucial part of a session! You made sure all the participants got the idea of what this dialogue club is really about and how you are going to operate. You answered any questions or concerns the participants had, and adapted to their needs. you were continuously engaging by having your camera on and explaining the presentation. You made sure all the participants had an ideal understanding of what this club is compared prior to the session. You covered and demonstrated the active learning aspect very well. SO overall, great job with that!!

I learned a step-by-step process to approach reading and writing questions. The maybe or no strategy was really helpful and I think using it more often in the future will help to eliminate answers and increase my chance of selecting the right answer.

Alanna, you're doing a fantastic job! Your explanations, visuals, and examples are all working together seamlessly to create a clear and engaging learning environment! I especially loved how you broke down the discussion guide into manageable sections, like "initial views and personal influences" and "differing perspectives" - it was so easy to follow along! And your analogy of "Steel Manning" was pure genius - it really helped to drive home the importance of considering opposing viewpoints. To take it to the next level, consider providing some concrete examples of how to put those guidelines for respectful dialogue into practice - it'll help make those abstract concepts feel more tangible and achievable. Keep shining, Alanna - you're inspiring your learners and making a real impact!

Alanna has a solid understanding of what a dialogue club is. This was more of an introductory session of the Dialogue Club over Incarceration and Criminal Justice. I liked how she made a presentation so al of her participants can know what this club is really meant for, what's going to be discussed, how they are going to communicate, and so much more important information. I personally think leadership shows that you have a deep understanding of this club because a leader, which you were shows that your in charge of this club and are knowledgeable. Great job!!
