Although I don't have a lot of evidence, I believe through how engaged your learners were, the quick responses you gave them in the chat during the long asynchronous testing period, and the warmup conversation, you created a very comfortable learning environment. You also showed interest in your learners starting question responses, like the favorite meal you never heard of that you googled about. A student, instead of sitting in the meeting, asked whether he could leave to do homework, which shows his comfort to ask rather than pretending to do the practice test. Overall great job!
