I like how you established a comfortable environment for all the learners, allowing one of them to remain in the session to complete her work independently and ask for support when needed, and also addressing learners by name. It was really thoughtful of you to still go through the session for the learner it was intended for even though he was significantly late, and I think that your conversational tone provided him with the confidence to ask any questions he had.
