Hi Vince! I hope you’re having a good day! I just audited your session, and you did an amazing job at making sure that the learners left having an understanding of all the information that you taught! I love how you greeted the learners by name as they came into the room, giving them a sense of belonging. You also made sure to ask them how they were doing both with the concepts and otherwise, showing that you cared about the learners. I love how you created an amazing slideshow to effectively teach the concepts. I also love how you explained the concepts in a way that made it more understandable and much less abstract. I love how you reinforced the ideas by solving the example problem and providing numerous extra problems in the same area for learners to try. You saw where learners made mistakes and you explained the correct way to approach the problems using visuals and graphs, rather than just speaking conceptually. You did a great job asking learners how they solved the problems in order to make sure they understood. I also loved your how you asked questions to understand what specific parts the learners needed help with. During the entire session you were always respectful and kind to the learners. I love how the structure of the lesson is. Starting with a quick warm-up, refreshing skills learned from the previous session. As well as going over the topic and answering practice problems in Khan Academy afterwards.

I don't know how you do that, but you make the session fun and comprehensive at the same time. I actually didn't really have enough courage to solve a quadratic equation with imaginary numbers, but you mustered that courage in that session and proved to me that I can solve that. (Ah, and I just got a lot of Grammarly errors so I'm fixing my text right now)

Thank you Vince! You were able to break down logs into a much more understandable manner and I am glad that I am able to have a good understanding of logs at its basic form. You also stayed for more than you needed to in order to answer a few of my particular questions, which I am super grateful for, so thank you! You make each lesson fun, interactive, and humuorous, so thank you for that! Cannot wait for the future sessions to come! Thank you for your service once again!

Hello Vince, I hope you're doing great! I'm Christine from the auditing team. I just finished auditing your session. First off, I love how you started the session by introducing yourself and asking the learners to introduce themselves as well. This helped create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the session. I also loved how you really made sure that the questions of both learners were addressed and it amazed me you went beyond the time you allotted for the session to accommodate their needs. I loved how you asked your learners a lot of questions and asked them once in a while if they could follow through with the lesson. You were really patient and kind throughout the entire session. You also discussed your lessons really engagingly. Loved the 'uppercut' technique that you've shown in solving logarithms! I also love how you didn't just plaster the formulas on the screen and actually derived them. You heavily involved your learners in the solving process, which I also commend. I also learned a lot from your session. Overall, this session was IMPRESSIVE!! Thank you so much for volunteering here at SHW.
