Hi Caroline! I'm AJ D from the Auditing Team, and I just audited your Live Help session. I thought you did a great job explaining both statistics concepts and algebra to your learners! I'd like to make a few suggestions, however. A good way to start helping a learner is to ask them what they have already done while trying to solve a problem, and if the question is more conceptual, ask them to explain their reasoning. Also remember that Live Help is not really about teaching completely new concepts, so if you recognize that one of your learners might need a devoted session, please feel free to recommend that they request a session. (You can even offer to host one if you'd like!) Anyways, I thought it was an overall great session, and I hope you'll be doing more sessions in the future! Feel free to reach out on Slack if you have any questions or want to discuss anything further.
