Thank you for the great session. Even if you went a little overtime, you were still able to convey the content to me. Even if anyone else missed a part, you just upload the slides to let them look it over. I love the way that you can give us more information step-by-step, day-by-day. Jackson did an incredible job including all participants who asked questions. He was able to answer all questions that people asked, and was ready to clarify everything for anybody. He went through the basics of operators, inputs/outputs, conditional statements, loops, and methods. He also showed us his awesome project and went through some of it in detail. Jackson's positivity was really great, and I really enjoyed this series. Thank You Jackson.

You were able to answer most of the questions, and still get through all of the slides. In my opinion, this is a very intuitive learning experience, with most of the answers to your own questions revealing more information than previously presented. The way you unveil new bits and pieces of C++ is very exciting, giving us, the learners, a way to use everything you've put, and experiment with all of that information given to us in our own way. Thank you for a great session, and I trust that there will be more great sessions to come!

Hi Jackson! This is AJ D from the Auditing Team. I just audited your C++ orientation session, and I wanted to tell you I thought it went really well! You were clearly very comfortable interacting with your learners, and I thought you did a great job keeping everyone engaged while introducing the topic. One recommendation I'd like to make, though, is that such a session could probably be shorter. I know you had a lot to get through, but I think the biggest way to save time on this session would've been to just start content sooner, remembering that any late learners can view slides later on your website. (And let me just take a moment to say how awesome it is you've got a website going for this series!!) Hey Jackson! I'm Stella and I am auditing your session. First of all, fantastic job!! You were very engaging and encouraging throughout the entire zoom lesson and I can see how much you tried to involve the learners, from making small conversation with everyone while waiting for people to show up to asking questions to make sure everyone understood your explanations. I like how you targeted the questions that people needed the most help with, and I like how you separated your sessions so that you could synthesize the results on your own instead of just asking the learners. This helped you to see a pattern of questions that MOST learners needed help with. This was very effective, great job! At the beginning, you clearly established the expectations for the class by explaining the use of the reactions on Zoom which is a very effective way of helping learners ask questions without having them feel like they are interrupting. You also encouraged learners to explain their thought process to help them think critically and ensure they weren't just "guessing" but actually understood the concept. At the end, you also utilized the idea of 'brain dump' to invite learners to share what they took away from your session, which helps them consolidate information, making your teaching more effective.
