Hi Abhilash, you had a great understanding of the material which was quite evident from the way you explained each problem, you were well prepared for the session with the presentation, and I liked how you had an agenda for the session and followed it throughout the session. I also liked how you taught them a method to verify or double-check the answer, for example for questions 23 and 24. Keep up the good work!

Since this is one of the sessions from the series, the rating is "N/A" for the first two standards. Abhilash, you continuously engaged the learners and confirmed their progress by giving them time to solve the problems, sending the answers to you in the private chat, and then you verified the answers and suggested explaining the steps. You consistently followed this throughout your session. Then, you gave your feedback and provided an explanation if some steps were wrong. You also asked them if your explanation made sense and waited for them to confirm before proceeding to the next set of problems.

Abhilash, I think you created a very comfortable learning environment by starting with an Icebreaker session, you consistently appreciated the learner even though the learner didn't explain some steps correctly and politely corrected them. I liked that you asked them to send the answers in private messages, so they are not intimidated for giving wrong answers. You also didn't call out that they got wrong answers, and I liked how you mentioned "Most of us got it right" or "Some of us got it wrong" so they will feel comfortable that you are one among them.
