Great job allowing your learner to attempt the problem before helping out. As you explained each problem, you continuously engaged your learner with thoughtful follow-up questions. Definitely keep this up! Additionally, you left plenty of space for your learner to ask any questions or clarify any doubts. I really like how you explained your own thought process after the question, essentially "summarizing" the steps.

Your venn diagram explanation for question 13 was spot on and highly effective. You were able to break down each question in a very understandable way. Rather than only explaining the problems, you broke them down well enough for your learner to work them out independently. Throughout the session, you integrate diagrams, explanations, and even real-life examples to explain these quantitative reasoning-based questions. When posed with a question, you explained them with great clarity.

Your learner was able to answer all of your follow up questions and even explain her thought process. Although she had several questions, you guided her past them and instilled confidence. She was able to attempt most problems and walk through the steps on her own. You did a great job encouraging her to explain the concepts on her own.
