Really you guys and all the people from the Schoolhouse creators community provided some really great tips to kickstart the journey to be a tutor. The environment that was here at this session was great. Even though this is just a jeopardy event, thanks for boosting the participants' confidence by using phrases like "I am so proud of you." at the end. It shows that you deeply care about all of them and want all of them to have an opportunity to take part in the event even if they haven't got the chance to do so.

Hi Helena's, Great job on your SAT math session! You were very well-prepared to teach the content in the lesson. Your slide deck was extremely thorough and you clearly put a lot of effort into it. Starting the session off with introductions and talking about their journeys before giving learners the time to also introduce themselves was a good touch. This sets the scene for how the session will run. This also helps build a community among the tutors and learners which replated when the material started. There was no judgment when questions were asked and they truly tried to be the most helpful. They set a comfortable learning environment.

The introductions of tutors was good as this was hosted by many tutors. Learners were very comfortable communicating and asking questions. Tutors also incorporated commendations effectively and regularly. There was effective nudging for learners to engage and keep asking questions.

the meeting was really helpful, and as a viewer, i can tell it was well planned out! i love how the tutors gave detailed answers to each and every question (thro the form), and i know that was a lot of work! everything was explained in depth, and they were all super nice and patient, and made sure to thoroughly go through every problem, which i really appreciate! anyway, i will def join the december sat bootcamp as well!
