You were always giving the learners words of encouragement when they were answering practice problems. I admire your ability to create a comfortable learning environment! You were always smiling and you greeted everyone with a friendly smile and asked them how they were doing. You had also referred to the learners by name (and checked pronunciation, that's always important) you also introduced yourself to everyone before you started your presentation.
