Good job checking prior knowledge when you asked questions at the beginning like "So what have you done? Did I consider on this question so far? Did you tell him any answers? I guess. What are your thoughts on this question so far?" Try to work off of that and refer back to what the learner answered. I liked how you would ask questions to prompt the learner to the answer. A specific quote you said that stood out was, "How many bone pairs, and how many bonds do we have, and how that lead to our geometry?" You provided direction, but asked the learner to decide how that information was going to be useful. Keep on using methods like this :)

You did a great job adapting to your learners' unique needs by asking them how to solve certain problems and then walking through the confusing parts with them. You also continuously engaged your learners by asking them a lot of mini-questions and making sure that they were understanding the material, like when you asked Lin M if they knew how to figure out which molecule was the limiting reactant, and then you walked through the process with her, telling her to convert to moles and so-on.
